History: Chem hails from a village terrorized by drow. His father took him hunting and taught him how to get in the mind of other creatures. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to drow demanding more tribute than usual.

History: His mother raised him in a mountain cabin. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Carpenter hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.
