History: She was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. Through the years after Nyx was born, her father became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. He is fiercely devoted to his mother, and views his mother's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-sister.

History: He comes from a rich northern family. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Ploughman they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Ruler, and he later adopted a second daughter.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Roge grew up listening to his mother's many stories. His mother disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his mother, he was betrayed dozens of times. He has dedicated himself to building a better trade route.
