History: She was born to loving parents in a slum to the east. She went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. After a long history of fighting, Cecily and her spouse have recently divorced.

History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her mother and father. Her mother taught her the rudiments of the Soapmaker arts, while her father instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. She sought a place where she would be rewarded solely on the merits of her skills. This search led her directly into Soapmaker work with an outfit from a few towns over. Soapmaker work suited her well, and with each successful project, she earned more gold and more respect from her peers. She has achieved small success as a Soapmaker.
