Personality: Ratanák wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Expert, so he tries to act the part. He does a good job, for the most part... Despite his manner, he is extremely passionate and proud of his job, and he prides himself in being thorough and never missing a detail.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. After coming to the age of reason, Shax took it upon herself to study the arcane arts in their entirety; because of this, she was labeled a dark omen and banished from her homeland. She hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. She has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.
