Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic man, Taklinn's first love is himself. His second love is also himself. He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. A freak accident while working with his Stableman mother left him crippled. Recently a tribe of dire rats attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. History: She was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. She was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. Her spouse died of illness and she inherited everything. She now spends her time doing works of charity.

Motivation: She has a rivalry with the Church that dominates her actions; and a strong sense of loyalty to halfling people

Description: 6'2" and muscular, this northern woman dresses in green turtlenecks beneath a pastel coat with grey slacks. She has gold crest. She has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. She wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.

Personality: The woman has a huge range of feeling. She will range from being happy and joking with the occasional self put down to crying stating how she will be a better person from this day on. To her fellows she is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. She found a children's book about a Dragonborn Ranger who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. She modeled her life after the story, seeing herself destined a hero. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by giants.
