History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. He always admired necromantic-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.

Personality: She is quiet and reserved most of the time, but warms up to people very quickly. Around friends she is liable to tell dirty jokes and enjoy herself. She does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of illithids may trigger it at times.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious western family, she was no stranger to responsibility. Her mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but she insists her mother was legitimate. She has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Motivation: She's repulsed by the PC; and she has a rivalry with the church that dominates her actions

Personality: She has a massive crush on the younger sibling of the Marshal who has hired her part-time. She lacks moral complications. She does what she is told to by employers but not much else. She spends her money on whatever she fancies at the time.

History: Gifted from a young age, Gale studied abroad. While she appears to be a normal Tabaxi, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. She has set out to sabotage the competition.

Personality: She is envious of other's things. She hoards treasure, art, food, wine, and anything that she so desires. She will do just about anything if she becomes convinced it is for someone's true love, of this she is easily convinced.

History: She was born in the east, but her parents moved at a very young age to the south. She has had some formal painting training, and achieved minor success. She hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure her.

Motivation: She has money and likes to spend it; and she wants to get laid
