History: Gifted from a young age, Ribbles studied abroad. In his 13th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his mother impaled in their home, and his father beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: To prove his worth to the world; and he is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs

History: A child with a great deal of singing talent her parents made sure she got the chance to thrive. As a young adult she joined a group advocating for an improvement in Dwarven conditions. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.
