History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. A freak accident while working with his Miner father left him crippled. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Soapmaker for hire.

Motivation: To clean up the streets; and balancing his hectic life and new soapmaker responsibilities is difficult

His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Ur-Lasu is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.
