Personality: He is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. He is a big fan of imagination and believes people should spend more time reading and writing.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Hugh grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Hugh. As of late he has set up a hidden staging nest where he ambushes people he hires for escort.

History: His martial talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. In his 15th year, his parents were killed by a brigands raid, leaving Delg alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He used his abilities to travel the world and help people.
