History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Kerkad was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by illithids. Kerkad was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the illithids.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by giants, and he desires to right it
