History: The child of a Shoemaker, who enjoyed hunting, Puyet was taken on many hunting expeditions. In her 16th year, her parents were killed by a dire rats raid, leaving Puyet alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.

History: Kipper lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. He worked as a nervous Doctor and found it very stressful. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her father always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. Through the years after Waywocket was born, her father became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Waywocket's father didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by orcs. Waywocket was horrified and prayed that her mother was alright. However, she heard that her mother had died fighting off the orcs.

Motivation: She desires power and/or immortality; and her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by orcs, and she desires to right it

History: She was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. When the war came and ruined her parents she was left adrift. She was a hard woman then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. She hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure her.
