History: Her history is one of pain. She was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves her parents kept. In her 12th year, her parents were killed by a brigands raid, leaving Cumpen alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to brigands demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by brigands, and she desires to right it.
