History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Sumnes was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. She took every job she could get her hands on, but the opportunities for Half-Elves in the south were limited. She's also a talented Layabout, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Personality: The man has a huge range of feeling. He will range from being happy and joking with the occasional self put down to crying stating how he will be a better person from this day on. He is a bit of a macho man and will challenge people to random contests of strength and skill, and invite them to random hunting and fishing trip.

History: He is a Lamia in disguise. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Personality: She fancies herself a trickster and likes to rely on her wits to carry the day. She cares for her older siblings and likes to be recognized by them. She does not mind isolation but does not hate company and attempts to receive them as best as possible.

History: She was born on a small isolated farm. Her father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but she insists her father was legitimate. She has since lost track of the people in her past.

Motivation: Regain custody of her daughter; and her spouse's relatives view her with great suspicion
