Personality: Abrasive and pushy, she has a hard time making friends. She is fiercely devoted to her father, and views her father's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating her from her legal half-sister.

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. Through the years after Irann was born, her father became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Irann's father didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She then took over the family business and is one of the better Junk Dealer for hire.

History: His martial talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Half-Elven activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Half-Elven doctor. He struck the Carter job and began his own company from there.
