Personality: He is quite rude, and likes to deride his opponents skill and shout insults at them. He constantly seizes attention wherever he goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. He likes to think of himself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.

History: Born to a Bowyer, his mother struggled to pay the bills. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. He has since married many spouses, only to have them die. He claims to not be responsible.

History: Born in the west to a Stableman, Godfrey learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. He found a children's book about a Human Bard who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Stableman for hire.

Motivation: He is unsatisfied with his job.

Personality: She is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. She does not believe in violence as a means to an end. She is a dedicated Bookbinder but believes her peers are too gung-ho.

History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Through the years after Veloptima was born, her mother became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Veloptima's mother didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. Due to her spouse's obsession with being a Cartwright they were divorced and she won custody of their son. She worked as a Bookbinder, and she later adopted a second son.
