History: His father raised him in a mountain cabin. There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. Some 2 years later his spouse died after the birth of his daughter. Heartbroken, Nim never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his daughter whom he trained as his mother had trained him before.

Personality: He likes to make people angry or surprised. The occasional robbery is his preferred attention getting crime, but he mainly uses his means for meeting his own perverse desires.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when brigands swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to brigands demanding more tribute than usual.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her mother always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. Before the accident, she was one of the most outspoken anti-Tabaxi activists. She was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Tabaxi doctor. She hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure her.
