Personality: She is irascible and easily irritated. The war was a terrible time for her, and Pennie does not often speak of it. When she does, she does so with a strained expression and tears in her eyes.

History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. Her father was a soldier and died while she was still young. Pennie was left her father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.
