History: Born to a Barkeep, her father struggled to pay the bills. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Painter hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She now spends her time doing works of charity.

Description: She is of a modest build and height, but she carries herself more imposing than she is. She wears a weathered and beat up set of banded mail beneath an oversized black coat. Her hair, while still mostly chestnut, has prominent grey streaks. Her gold eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.

Personality: She shows great sympathy to all travelers. She's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. She has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.

History: A child with a great deal of writing talent her parents made sure she got the chance to thrive. Through the years after Decarabia was born, her father became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Decarabia's father didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She left for the south, certain she would find work there.

Personality: He will rave to anyone who will listen. He has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: He got into the Tailor business at a young age. He helped his mother out around the business and became quite the natural. He tends to his Tailor job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor.

Personality: She is a melancholic, but persistent worker. She resents family life and as such spurns the advances of admirers. She is able to fit into much smaller and tighter spaces than normal.

History: The child of western immigrants she idolized her father. She dropped out of school before completing her studies. She routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.
