Personality: Eccentric and domineering, Yebe will drive conversation. She claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day she will do what she thinks is right.

History: She was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Shepherd hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She is untrained/undisciplined, which makes her dangerous.
