Personality: While he acts the brute, he is far gentler than he would appear. He refers to his adoptive mother for almost all things he is unsure about, which are numerous. He is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: Ratanák lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. A gifted student he started as a Spy, but he got bored and became a Sailor. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.
