History: When he was but 6 years old his parents immigrated from the east. Because his father participated in the massacre of their homeland, orcs burned their ranch to the ground and forced them out. He was preparing to flee to the east, but the outbreak of war prevented him and his mother from journeying east to reunite his family. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

His black hair is kept up in a ponytail inside a Stetson hat. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: He is a man who does what he needs to. He will acquiesce to black mail and extortion to avoid trouble. He is skeptical of what others tell him and is slow to trust.

History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Forcas grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Forcas. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: He feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help; and he will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. if successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact

Personality: He is fixated on the number 7. He counts his steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. He seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. He is cautious and jumpy. He reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.

History: He got into the Fletcher business at a young age. A gifted student he started as a Map Maker, but he got bored and became a Fletcher. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Fletcher.

Motivation: He feels threatened by others.

Personality: Ulla wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Commoner, so she tries to act the part. She does a good job, for the most part... She is kind towards other women and children and will generally offer women help without question. Others will generally need to prove themselves to her.

History: She was born at the edge of vast mountains. Her mother took her hunting and taught her how to get in the mind of other creatures. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: Retire the richest woman in the west.
