History: Chem was born in the east. At a young age he loved to build and create. He worked as a nervous Guard and found it very stressful. He now mingles about in high society.

Personality: She believes there is no problem she cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. A true patriot, Wella would do anything for her country. She is fiercely protective of her fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: She was born several months after her mother was called into army service. Her childhood dream was to be a Dilettante, but she was a colossal failure. She ran away from her former home and has been making her living as a Jeweler for the past few years.
