He has a long black beard with little hanging trinkets. His eyes, though not visible through his cowl, are green.

Personality: He is a man who does what he needs to. He will acquiesce to black mail and extortion to avoid trouble. He does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for him. He lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The father sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his father's willingness to do anything to win. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: A rival would like him out of the picture; and he loathes his own lifestyle

History: Seven was raised in a hard working conservative environment. She was an adventurer many years ago and she formed a blood bond with her Half-Orc companion (her 'brother'). When she grew older, she became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. She began work as a mercenary for hire. She would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Description: He is a pot bellied western man with a big hulking figure and broad shoulders. He wears a well pressed and immaculate suit (or dress). His hair is red and curly. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: He speaks before he thinks and is too direct. Around other people he will do his best to conceal his emotions and appear jolly.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. While he appears to be a normal Elf, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Carrie fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
