His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He has since married many spouses, only to have them die. He claims to not be responsible.

Personality: She is quiet and unassuming. She ignores others and carries on with her job unassumingly. She will often invite strangers home for dinner and talk their ears off. She cares deeply for her spouse and does her best to make sure her guests look presentable.

History: She was born in the east, but her parents moved at a very young age to the south. She was one of the best in her class, and was picked up by her current employer. She quickly showed her capability and was soon promoted to a head role. Some 2 years later her spouse died after the birth of her son. Heartbroken, Althaea never married again. Instead she focused her life to raising her son whom she trained as her mother had trained her before.

Personality: He is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. He cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist he will grow angry at them.

History: Kite lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Kite grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Kite. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.
