Her shirts and pants tend to be short and undersized for her due to the difficulty of finding a good tailor. Her moppish black hair is in a traditional bowl cut. She has brown eyes and a red hat with a grey feather.

Personality: She loves telling others what to do and how they should feel about things. She also is a firm believer in the womanly ideal.

History: Born to a Butcher, her mother struggled to pay the bills. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Priest hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. Recently a tribe of illithids attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Merla fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

History: She was born at the edge of vast plains. She has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to her frivolously. She now mingles about in high society.

Description: This malnourished woman wears tan painted combat armor at almost all times. Her chestnut hair is cut short with large spiked bangs in the front. Her face is covered beneath a completely black helmet.

Personality: Stoic and calm, she prefers to meditate than take action. Her brief stint in the army gave her the idea she was invincible and that she is the toughest woman alive.

History: Syllin was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her mother was employed at, doing general labor. In her 12th year, her parents were killed by a giants raid, leaving Syllin alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to giants demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Many giants want her driven away; and she wants revenge against giants
