Personality: She believes mankind has become decadent and spoiled by the march of civilization and an end should come to life as we know it. Her brief stint in the army gave her the idea she was invincible and that she is the toughest woman alive.

History: Vola was born in the south. At a young age she loved to build and create. When she was little, her rather wealthy family often ventured across the desert to a summer home near a ruined castle. She would wander through that ruined castle and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and she was stranded inside. Her family spent the next few days looking for her, and could only assume she was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the desert due to the painful memories there. Vola took refuge in the ruined castle and found the beat up scimitar and armor she uses now. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

Personality: He trusts no one. He is not readily capable for forgiveness and his ire never leaves him. He always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove him into the Guard business.

History: He was born into a rich family. Through the years after Valafar was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Valafar's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious northern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. Enialis abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. Lacking all sense, he decided to go on an adventure. He picked a direction and started trekking.
