Personality: Here is a man who knows he is the smartest in the room. He talks down to others constantly. The war was a terrible time for him, and Jocelyn does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. In his 15th year, his parents were killed by a orcs raid, leaving Jocelyn alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 10 years.
