History: His arcane talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. When the war came and ruined his parents he was left adrift. He was a hard man then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. He struck the Marshal job and began his own company from there.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. His father was very strict, and drilled into him lessons on being the perfect gentleman. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Baern fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Personality: She is calm most of the time but flees social interaction. The occasional robbery is her preferred attention getting crime, but she mainly uses her means for meeting her own perverse desires.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her mother always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. In her youth she was part of a gang. She got caught, but did not rat out her comrades and served her time in prison. She hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Motivation: A rival would like her out of the picture; and to get a good night's sleep
