Personality: Eccentric and domineering, Hogar will drive conversation. He is ready at a moment's notice to give into his darker urges. He is a real pyromaniac and does not care who the fire hurts. He often ends up burning people alive in the fires he starts.

History: Hogar was raised in a hard working conservative environment. A gifted student he started as a Miner, but he got bored and became a Seamstress. He has taken up work as a Seamstress and fed both sides of the war false information with the goal of increasing casualties.

When she grew older, she became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. She began work as a mercenary for hire. She would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Motivation: She is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get her out; and she feels the way she acts is they only way to get by in the world
