History: Ownka was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her mother was employed at, doing general labor. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Sage. She now owns her own business.

Motivation: She has comitted a past crime that haunts her to this day; and she has decided she is irredeemable
