Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Balimaar embodies much of what other species detest in the Humans. His home and work are filled with various knick knacks he has acquired through the years. He cares a great deal for his adopted teenage son.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious southern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Description: A man with thick toned arms and a paunchy gut. He is wearing the road beaten gear of a warrior. His scarlet crest is kept up in a ponytail inside a top hat. He has red eyes and a black hat with a grey feather.

Personality: This man loves singing and to teach people singing more than just about anything. Srorthen is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his sisters into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: Srorthen lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Carpenter work with an outfit from a few towns over. Carpenter work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Personality: She likes to make people angry or surprised. She is used to getting what she wants. In part because she is a meticulous planner.

History: She was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. Her parents divorced when she was young, and her father gained full cudstody. She was regularly beaten by her father, who blamed her for driving them apart. She has achieved small success as a Crown-heir.

Personality: He dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the south. He enjoys reading and quiet.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. After coming to the age of reason, Purson took it upon himself to study the martial arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.
