History: A powerful necromancer made him what he is. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Motivation: He is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions

History: Akta was raised in a hard working conservative environment. Akta was born on a far eastern plains where she grew up under the tutelage of her father, an expert Dilettante. She has gone from town to town till she finds a spot where she can set up a sustainable business.
