She is constantly adorned with expensive silk clothing, often dyed in bright violet and blue, and wears rings and necklaces with large, colorful gems. Her moppish silver hair is in a traditional bowl cut. She has a tattooed face.

Personality: Eccentric and domineering, Jarsali will drive conversation. She is submissive, is generally bored by everything, but will take part in whatever people ask of her. She is by nature obliging.

History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. She was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. Her spouse died of illness and she inherited everything. She became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.
