History: Lewis hails from a village terrorized by brigands. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to brigands demanding more tribute than usual.

History: Born in the south to a Map Maker, Art learned a great deal about her mother's area of expertise. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Map Maker. She became a Map Maker soon after.

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Drusilia was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. Her family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The mother sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. She saw this and took pride in her mother's willingness to do anything to win. She's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Motivation: She feels the way she acts is they only way to get by in the world; and she is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions
