She saw the brutality and swore off her fighting aspirations, taking her younger brother on her back after seeing her parents die, and fled the country. She ran away from her former home and has been making her living as a Cook for the past few years.

Personality: He is irascible and easily irritated. The war was a terrible time for him, and Edge does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when goblins swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. In his 15th year, his parents were killed by a goblins raid, leaving Edge alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by goblins. Edge was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the goblins.

Personality: Rezena wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Ranger, so she tries to act the part. She does a good job, for the most part... Her temper goes off on the smallest of things. She tends to lash out at those around her.

History: She was born on a small isolated farm. Being born in the west, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the west for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way north. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her sons to still be retired.

History: Born to a Ruler, her father struggled to pay the bills. After coming to the age of reason, Flask took it upon herself to study the divine arts in their entirety; because of this, she was labeled a dark omen and banished from her homeland. She was granted divine powers by her dying brother.
