Description: A stocky lighter skinned woman, she has a large brown mantle and cape that has been intricately interwoven into her violet robe. Her white hair is heavily combed to the left. Her brown eyes are passionate and lively.

Personality: She is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of her strength. She works very hard to maintain that gentleness. A true patriot, Vicky would do anything for her country. She is fiercely protective of her fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. In her 19th year, while out on a day-trip, she returned to find her hometown burning and destroyed. She found her mother impaled in their home, and her father beheaded. She saw the woman who walked out, and charged her in a blind rage. The woman easily evaded and defeated her, leaving her to live broken and terrified. By chance she met her brother recently and the two have been together since.

History: Her history is one of pain. She was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves her parents kept. She always admired divine-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. She has set out to sabotage the competition.
