History: She was born on a small isolated farm. Before the accident, she was one of the most outspoken anti-Halfling activists. She was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Halfling doctor. She has dedicated herself to building a better kind of golem.

History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The mother sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his mother's willingness to do anything to win. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister

Personality: Cocky and sure of herself, she believes she is the best Cartwright born in the past three hundred years. She is accommodating to her spouse and as such limits her hospitality. She is brave and levelheaded in the face of danger and has proven herself a capable leader.

History: Her history is one of pain. She was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves her parents kept. She was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble.
