After coming to the age of reason, Nedda took it upon herself to study the psionic arts in their entirety; because of this, she was labeled a dark omen and banished from her homeland. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: Her religion dominates her actions; and she is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally
