History: She was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. She found a children's book about a Half-Orc Warrior who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. She modeled her life after the story, seeing herself destined a hero. She spent several years traveling with her friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. In his 16th year, his parents were killed by a brigands raid, leaving Fax alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to brigands demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: To end his boredom; and a deep hatred of brigands
