Description: A man of a pale complexion, he wears a shirt and pants that are bristling with pockets overflowing with maps, compasses, and other navigational equipment. His hair is always cut to a buzz. He has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. He wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He keeps company with all sorts of races to see how they think and challenge minds foreign to his own.

History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Whurbin was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. Being born in the west, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the west for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way south. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Personality: He speaks before he thinks and is too direct. He has a taste for the finer things and spends a great deal of money on luxuries, some more exotic than others.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. Amûg was born on a far eastern plains where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Sculptor. After months of barely getting by, Amûg managed to ambush a major caravan with a load of valuables. Instantly wealthy, he made his way to the capital under a new identity.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. His parents enrolled him in a Aristocrat school at a young age so that he could practice his psionic talents. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

He had to support his now crippled father and took his father's old job. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.
