Personality: Confrontational and typically high on some drug or another. He is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with his old comrades. He has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: When he was but 5 years old his parents immigrated from the south. A gifted student he started as a Unemployed, but he got bored and became a Layabout. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
