History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Dustin grew up listening to his father's many stories. He found a children's book about a Human Fighter who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Personality: She is witty, but her monotone delivery comes off as unnerving She takes great joy in being the best Ruler in town.

History: She was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. She sought a place where she would be rewarded solely on the merits of her skills. This search led her directly into Ruler work with an outfit from a few towns over. Ruler work suited her well, and with each successful project, she earned more gold and more respect from her peers. She became a Ruler soon after.

The war was a terrible time for him, and Darrow does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: His mother raised him in a mountain cabin. His first spouse was a Seamstress, they had one daughter, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. By chance he met his sister recently and the two have been together since.

Motivation: He feels kind of lost in life; and to unite with his sister

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. He moved out north to avoid the crime he committed. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Motivation: He loathes his own lifestyle; and he has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day
