Personality: While he acts the brute, he is far gentler than he would appear. He is cautious and jumpy. He reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.

History: He comes from a rich eastern family. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

History: Heir to a fortune, her parents put a great deal of effort into curing her disease. While studying, she fell in love. They married and had a daughter. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

History: Daar was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her father was employed at, doing general labor. Daar was born on a far western island where she grew up under the tutelage of her father, an expert Navigator. She now spends her time doing works of charity.

Motivation: She is a bit of a kleptomaniac; and her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by giants, and she desires to right it
