History: When he was but 5 years old his parents immigrated from the north. Purban liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Paggen was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. A gifted student he started as a Mortician, but he got bored and became a Laborer. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Motivation: Further expansion of business; and balancing his hectic life and new laborer responsibilities is difficult

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. Through the years after Adelard was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Adelard's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Personality: She barks her statements quickly and with little fuss. She prefers small words and is at her heart utilitarian. She is a font of random trivia from the lore and stories she has discovered

History: She was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Surina grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Surina. Recently a tribe of giants attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Surina fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
