Personality: She is a jovial happy person, but she is convinced people are living their lives too quickly. A true patriot, Raiann would do anything for her country. She is fiercely protective of her fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: Trained by her mother for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Farmer hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She is untrained/undisciplined, which makes her dangerous.
