History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.

Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic man, Alston's first love is himself. His second love is also himself. He does not trust anyone and sleeps with one eye open.

History: Alston was raised in a hard working conservative environment. Ostracized due to the arcane powers of his oldest sister, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Gnomes became a terror of the countryside. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Mason for hire.

Motivation: Expand his business; and he is unsatisfied with his job

Description: A woman with a warm, jovial air about her, she wears an amalgamation of clothes and depending on the season will wear more layers of the continuing hodge podge. Her hair is long and auburn with streaks of white, and is pulled back with small tan clips. This blue eyed easterner is not easily forgotten.

Personality: Andraste hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate her. It was this clingy personality that held back her painting career. She is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes her no end of embarrassment.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Andraste grew up listening to her mother's many stories. She has had some formal painting training, and achieved minor success. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: She is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions; and meet up once more with her childhood friend

Description: This man is tall and muscular. He likes to wear brown tank tops with green pants. His brown hair is knotted and matted. His eyes are green and he is always smoking a pipe.

Personality: Calm and collected, he is a well trained Server. He is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with his old comrades. He has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. He now owns his own business.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and further expansion of business
