Personality: He will rave to anyone who will listen. The war was a terrible time for him, and Windy does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Banker arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. Through the years after Joan was born, her mother became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Joan's mother didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Personality: He hates Halflings with a passion. As such he is filled with self loathing. He refers to his adoptive father for almost all things he is unsure about, which are numerous. He is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: Born to a Detective, his father struggled to pay the bills. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Halfling conditions. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Bellfounder and was forced into it by his family; and a strong sense of loyalty to half-elven people
