Personality: She has a very dry and sarcastic sense of humor. She is not one for noise or eating so much, which is in direct contrast with her big mouthed big gutted partner. Her partner is her best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. Around other people she will do her best to conceal her emotions and appear jolly.

History: She got into the Unemployed business at a young age. Phelaia abandoned her home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. She survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. She did whatever it took for her to survive. She inherited the family business which she has now maintained for 6 years.
