History: He was born in a small mountains village. Lance liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. Personality: He has a massive crush on the younger sibling of the Stableman who has hired him part-time. Further he is a bit of a stoner and is frequently out of it.

History: The child of a Carpenter, who enjoyed hunting, Raer was taken on many hunting expeditions. He was taken as a slave by a traveling circus and forced to perform He became a Stableman soon after.

Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. At a young age his mother died while driving off some illithids. His father being the stubborn sort decided to stay and helped train him in rapier use. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.

Description: This man is bedraggled and starved. He wears bulky green painted plate armor. He has styled his black crest well, parting it to the left. His eyes are red and catlike.

Personality: He is quite rude, and likes to deride his opponents skill and shout insults at them. He is skeptical of what others tell him and is slow to trust.

History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. Through the years after Direcris was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Direcris's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.
