History: Whurbin hails from a village terrorized by gnolls. In his 11th year, his parents were killed by a gnolls raid, leaving Whurbin alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: He made a deal with a demon which lead to his current lot in life, and he's becoming increasingly nervous about it; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by gnolls, and he desires to right it

History: Born in a small village she learned the ways of the warrior from her mother. While studying, she fell in love. They married and had a son. She became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.
